and also colored in like your bookmark's coloring style. Would be some water effect circling around (lugia/sailor mercury).
Probably separate quote for 'full body', she has wings (they're big but simple, one layer, not overlapping feather details or anything) and a tail with two spikes at the ends, i'm thinking no clothing. Can link you to her reference. Would provide a facial reference since your style is more realistic.

Ah okay. The picture you linked it actually a digital piece, which I'm not really doing at the moment. How does a smallish watercolor piece sound, since you wanted it colored like the bookmarks?
I'm also not sure what you mean by the water effect, could you show me a picture of it?

I'm thinking larger than a bookmark, but you can just quote me on what your willing to do at this time. I love the amount of detail the one I linked to has ^^ but her wings are far less detailed haha.
She's a goddess who transforms into her dragon form when surrounded by a water typhoon referenced from here youtu.be/8INAUHsxO6E?t=47m47s (pokemon 2000), much like sailormoon style with no clothing, which I wanted to depict just her swirling in the water typhoon as if she were to be transforming soon, or what have you with the mystical pose.
She's pretty much humanoid, just the addition of the wings and a tail I can show in her ref.
Keep in mind I do a lot of redlining. But since this is humanoid and your anatomy is dead on for humans (and her hair can be referenced to Rei from Evangelion the anime), the only redlining would be her two spikes on her tail i'd imagine, which likely would be drawn by me, since theyre very hard to get just right, they're oddly shaped, and tracing my lines or using them is 100% smiled upon. My normal commission takes me 5 redlines, so its like a paid collab. XD
I'd love to pick from poses if possible, maybe easiest to pick from stick figure poses or already drawn ones (but really hard to find poses of this nature).
At this time, a quote would help me, but let me know if you need any more details.
Course if this is too much to ask, just let me know what your willing to do.

Hmmm okay, I may have some trouble with the typhoon since I don't have a lot of practice with that sort of thing, but we'll see how it goes I can do some thumbnail sketches of different poses for you to choose from.
At this level of complexity and involvement, I'd say about us$25/2500 points for a half body or ~us$45/4500 points for a full body (with a very basic background), not including shipping. I haven't shipped anything larger than an ACEO or bookmark before, so I'll need to look into what options are available to safely transport it.

Mm, alright! I will get back to you, your prices are great! I have to see more commissions coming in to feel secure enough to do this, because I love the idea of the full body.

There may be an event in which i'd want to self publish her book, and if I like this commission enough, maybe we could also discuss that if you'd be open to the idea of having it in an art section of my book as well when its made.
