Hey, I was curious about your Fluffian species. From what I've seen so far, they seem to literally just be Nekosumes. Could you please explain what makes them different enough to make them their own species?

It's not just the appearance of the species that make them unoriginal in my opinion. If they had a better lore to make them more original that would make them better. Their lore just makes them sound like a well developed oc. Its just my opinion that they are unoriginal ( and sure as hell I'm not going to attack or harass anyone because they think differently ) and I doubt whatever you say is really going to change that.

That’s fine if you have that opinion, but I consider it rather rude to contact an artist to say their species is unoriginal without providing constructive criticism in such a public forum. It feels very call-outish. If you have a problem with the species, cool. But this isn’t constructive, helpful or really appropriate. I’m not sure what you’re trying to accomplish. They’re not going to change the species just for you.
I don’t have a fluffian, I have no stakes in this. I’m saying that how you presented this was unkind and not at all productive and when presented with evidence on how that isn’t a fair thing to say, you’ve doubled down so I’d rather not associate with someone who treats other artists like that.

Kemonomimi is one trait of the species. It is not the species. The species is also the other specific traits, lore and world building. Its like saying Pokémon aren’t original because they draw inspiration from animals and other things we find in our world.

The lore isn't very original in my opinion. Defend the species however much you want, but I'll still think that their unoriginal. It's just my opinion though.
