I guess, but I want my species to stand as ' unique ' and other similar ' fox ' species that also have small nubby bodies with cat like paws is kind of.. well idk. I find that a lot started popping up that had bodies more like mind than actual foxes after I posted my species and that's kind of upsetting. I'm starting to feel like all that was unique about my species is becoming plain and common now that other people are getting ' inspiration ' from my species, foxfans and also species that were inspired by GardenFoxes / foxfans. It's turning into an endless loop of people being inspired by other similar species and I just want to keep mine as unique and far away from other similar species as possible. Not saying you copied my species or Foxfans, but it's obvious that you got some kind of inspiration from us or someone who got inspiration from us since the body of your fox species doesn't look like an actual fox. =o
Getting inspired is fine, it's just with how many people are making similar species and a lot of them aren't very good it just takes so much more away from the ones that were made first and even though Foxfans are ridiculously popular and sell for a lot of money, I'm sure Beliko feels the same way. With all the species popping up that have several similar traits to mine it's been really really hard trying to get it off the ground and make actual profit from it. 
I hope that makes sense and you don't take it the wrong way I'm not mad or anything, that's actually /part/ of why I left Deviantart. too many people were making species like mine and  making it way harder to get them noticed.

Well, it's called a style, called "chibi". I have done chibi animals for years now, so you are not the only one, and neither is the owner of Foxfans who wanted to do a chibi style. It is generally easier to draw and just looks cuter. Realistic is a pain for me (I can do it, but it takes MUCH longer) and I prefer to draw chibi. And what similar traits if I may ask? I used the actual lore of Japanese Kitsunes for my species (if you read the info). Other than the tails being lion tails with jewels and items on it, not sure how it is similar, with the exception that lanterns can be one of the items on the tail and is classified as a Shinigami. I very much love your species, and I can't wait to see more of them! <3 I actually got permission from one of the GardenQueen owners to design a GardenKit with her Queen as the mother. I just haven't done it yet. ^^ And lots of people noticed them! <3 Me especially! It's just that when you disappeared is when I found them. ID

It's an art style yes, however I've seen plenty of people state that their foxes ( in any style ) look like that. :i  and I don't really mean a realistic style like making it look real, but foxes aren't tiny and nubby they are lanky and thin.
Well I've seen about a dozen other ' fantail ' closed species a couple were foxes, needless to say those particular ones aren't doing well. I've also see lantern tail foxes with either a whip like tail with a lantern on the end like mine or a lantern being the entire tail, I've also seen ones that look just like mine minus the lantern and different kind of wings and no other traits, as for the dream catcher tailed foxes, I've seen a few that are essentially the same thing but without the beads and feathers, so like a tennice racket looking thin but still fluffy like a regular tail, just has a hole in it with strings crisscrossing.
And that's cute, I'd like to see the Kit you make c:
and yeah, I'll probably be on and off here. I find it's really hard to go back to my other work when I'm on here doing this stuff because it's so different, it is very difficult to do both and not just one or the other. 
I've decided that from now on I'm only going to make quality GardenFoxes too. There are way too many and I'm only proud of a handful of the designs I made. Quality over Quantity!

Sounds good! Might I suggest adding more accessories for the adopts you make? I've noticed it makes the Garden Foxes with accessories look cuter and and more in tune with their theme! <3 I can't wait to see what you have coming! <3 I almost have enough for the MYO btw. <3
