Need help. I would like to know how to reformat characters such as the one you have made of the woman in the bikini “Red Squadron”. I use PS CS6 so I have been searching everywhere for tutorials, but so far I do not even have a name associated with the process. The closest I have come to this process people refer to as “cartoonariseing”. But you don't come up with the same results using this method. Can you point me in the right direction?
