Your Samus costume is amazing! Even though I don't like Other M, I love yours. Samus' armor is one of the most difficult costumes to make, so you get mad respect.

Not bad, sad that I can't be at PAX. I always have so many projects on the go but three of the bigger ones are Wild Tiger from Tiger & Bunny, Noble Elite Guard from Halo (I think that's what it's called, I can never remember) and possibly Ridley from Metroid Other M. I think I will most likely wear Samus again so I'll let you know if I do.

wow sounds like some sweet projects! I should some day sit down and actually make a real cosplay sometime rather then just throwing easy stuff together last min, though last ota was fun when I went around as Nyan Cat with speakers actually playing the song! oh good old trolling XD I was thinking I might go to pax one year, because isn't there two of them? or am I thinking of another con. Its just that pax runs the same time as Fan Expo and thats where I was this past weekend and now I am in Ont just visiting people. How come you didn't go?

Tickets were sold out already by the time I was going to go buy them and yes, there is PAX prime and PAX east.

well this year it was wired, because they extended it to 4 days rather then the 3 days, but they upped the prise by $40 so it was $85 a ticket, so it wasn't really worth the increase in money in the long run and I wouldn't mind if they made it three days again. over all there were some good cosplayers and some really bad cosplays too, the vendors were ok there were some really great deals but I ended up spending more of my money in artist ally this year juts because there were so many cooler items there! some of the panels were ok and I went to see some neat horror movies too but some of the panels where misleading in the names where when we showed up and had it explained to us it wasn't really interesting. over all it was a good con just a few things that I think they needed to fix ^.^

Geez, that's more than Anime Expo's ticket prices. I can't remember the last time I actually bought something at a convention that wasn't art related. I'm kind of a sucker for artbooks now.

I know! its getting ridiculous and to top that off tickets to fly out here and back are always pretty close to $600, and then Hotel on top of that. Its starting to get a bit to much for me, where if I fly to the states its always just about $400, which I think is dumb that its cheaper to fly to the US then it is to fly in our own country.
lol ya I like getting all the odd jewelry and things like that because I love the idea of having a one of a kind, sort of deal ^.^
