# About me

I started photography in 2006 with a old analog Nikon F-80 in a SEA&SEA underwater housing. I got 36 pictures only and have had a very little success only so I changed to my first digital camera a D-200 in 2007. Underwater photography was possible during my holidays only so I changed 2010 to "overwater" photography with a FX camera but with a very small knowledge about my new hobby only. I visited some workshops and during these days RaMiBru coached me till today getting better pictures and doing good postscript jobs.

I am open for every kind of photos and glad to get any kind of critics on my pictures - as far as this helps me to learn.

I flooded my D-200 in the UW-housing, so the D3X works now in a new Sea&Sea housing.

05/30/2014
I changed now all my underwater-Camera gear to Seacam.
The better choice.

06/2014
I solved two underwater-photography workshops hold by Kurt Amsler in Southern-France. Kurt is so unbelievable. One of the worlds best photographers ever!

Talent? naja, ich weiss ja nicht...... für mich ist das Fotografieren Spass und Entspannung.
Mein Rumstolpern in der Fotografie hat Dank Ralf ein Ende gefunden - er weiss sein enormes Wissen sehr gut zu vermitteln. Ich verdanke ihm viel und S/W macht mir seitdem, erst richtig Freude.

cool, dass du hier auch mit deinen aufnahmen zu sehen bist, denn bei dA geht es auch größer und das tut vielen deiner bilder sehr gut!
