I mean, you had to even wait a while to get to a small scene(?) where a citizen will tell you how to play their mini game, then wait again for a while after their short instructions, it's kinda hilarious to me.
Loved the game to pieces though, really.

I remember liking the loading screens a lot because I had enough time to draw and play~
the cheats were the funniest things to do in that game
and I enjoyed the sort of free roam aspect of the game instead of being restricted to one area
