The mannequin head I use is actually improper for the fursuit work I am using it for and I intend on upgrading shortly. I recommend the monster makers mannequin head. Its is slightly more pricey but you will get better results by using it.

For just a set of feet paws I'd charge $100 but it depends on if your looking for outdoor or indoor and how complex the design is

Outdoor feautures a tough bottom that is similar to the bottom of a normal shoe. It stays clean and is safer and better to use of your looking to run out doors a lot. Indoor have silicone paw pads or vinyl paw pads that can be torn or dirtied outdoors.
