Erm. I suppose however I am not cheap (but i'm not like expensive either. I'm just a simple novice artist) and I deal only in Paypal if that's alright..

But i'll give a rough estimate of prices (I hope they sound fair to you):

On 8.5"x11" paper or digital canvas
Character w/out BG: $10 (be it traditional or digital) and medium may increase or decrease the price depending on what it is you want.
W/BG sketch: + $2 (therefore $12)
W/BG lineart: + $4 (therefore $14)
W/BG colour&Shading: + $15 (therefore $25. This takes a lot of time)

Any larger will increase $1 per 1 extra inch in each dimension. E.g. 11"x14" is + $5.50

If you want it mailed to you, the pricing will depend on where you live. I can get it printed as a poster as well, however again that depends on size, image, and quality of paper etc etc. (You could even get it printed on say a Tshirt if you wanted )
