Going to college meant doing work outside of class for the first time, really. For me, anyways. Spending more time on work, and only having Studio class as the only regular class is interesting. So far, I have only 2 academic classes per semester, this semester being Western Thought I and Western Art History II, both of which only meet for an hour and a half on Tuesdays and Thursdays. And studio is only 4 hours Tuesday - Friday. All in all, there's a great deal more time not spent attending class, but a lot of that free time goes to completing projects (if you have a good teacher).

And while I'm spending more time on art, I feel the intensity from high school is about the same, and my time in high school was fairly laid back.

Then again, I didn't stress out about how I'll do or how I'll make the transition. Just go with it.

Yeah. Ugh, I turned it on because I got an iTunes card from my brother, but then Dad wanted us to leave for Mom's right then, so I clicked it into standby and closed the lid, which I do all the time. When I got back in the evening and opened it, it was blue screened and said it couldn't locate the hard-drive. HOLYSHIT. I ran all the test things it had as options for like 2 hours and they didn't do anything and I didn't understand the manual-system management thing so I held down power for like a minute and it booted back up and asked if I wanted to start from the last time things worked right, which I did. I'm terrified this will happen again though, because I have no idea what caused it or how to fix it if rebooting doesn't do something because this thing's still brand new. (I've only had it since August).

uuuugh.

(Pssst, are we ignoring the handful o' DA convos from now on?
also I will try to have more TM stuff for email later today. Doodling and such now though.)
