# About me
There's not too much to say about me.I'm sort of a geek or as some would have it, otaku (although I don't like that word too much) and I guess I'm pretty much game for everything. I'm into all kinds of nerdy things, like comics, anime, 90s cartoons, history, you name it. You'll find me at conventions as well as medieval fairs, or on a highway at two a.m. taking pointless drives with my friends just for the hell of it. If I'm not busy with anything like that, I'm probably sitting on the kitchen floor painting, hunched over a sewing machine or a workbench, working on my cosplays.
After a while of being involved in the Austrian anime community, I've gathered a long list of nicknames starting with "Grumpy" and ending with "Mayonnaise", so call me whatever you want. ^^
I am by all means able to act like a mature adult, but now and then when with my friends, I abandon the last fuck I give and act like a fourteen year old. Most of the time, that includes a fully dressed group of idiots (my friends and me), and water (garden hose, swimming pool, fountain, lake, bathtub, whatever works best for us), use of alcohol is optional. All I have to add: I love me some immature fun.
That's all. ^^

Tag, quality deviant, you’re it! Quality doesn't mean that you have a lot of followers, or a lot of messages. It means that you’re nice to other people, and you deserve to be happy. If you get this message, someone is telling you that they love you as you are, and they don’t care how much followers you have. Send this to 10 deviants who deserve it. If you break the chain, nothing will happen. But it’s just good to let someone know that you love them ლ(= з = )ლ ~♥

So glad I stumbled onto this account. You're a fabulous cosplayer ,and finally someone who cosplays Eric Slingby rather well .

You're most welcome. It's rare to come across cosplays from the musical. It's even rarer to find people who do it well.
It's always good to come across cosplays ,as they're art In my mind.
I'm currently working on a female Alan Humphries cosplay ,and a female Eric cosplay. making those wigs is torture though.

That is so awesome.... but about the wigs, I can imagine. I couldn't find a wig I could use for Eric, so I used my real hair..... and dyed my naturally black hair blond, but at least it doesn't look as bad as I expected

I'm mainly buying a blond wig ,sewing In skin colored fabric under the cap ,and making fake cornrows out of weave . I then sew the fake cornrows to the skin colored fabric. I've done it before though with a different character .
I thought It was your real hair. it looked so real. That's true dedication to a cosplay.

I'm too lazy for sewing stuff on wigs. The greatest effort I ever put in a wig was dying and cutting it.... I'm lazy
Thank you ^-^
I'm actually very method about really becoming a character when cosplaying, so yeah, I'm very dedicated.

See I get obsessed with a wig being perfect for a character. I don't know why ,but I do.
Well cosplay is somewhat like performance art. It's always a good thing to be dedicated.
Do you sew your own cosplays , buy them ,or customize existing clothing?
Only reason I ask , is that they look very professional.

Depends, I bought a suit I can use for some cosplays, but I make most of my cosplays myself.
For example, I made this dress from scratch:
tkmecsery.deviantart.com/art/A…
Took me two weeks to make it, and it was a pain in the back to make >.<

That's pretty awesome.
Ah yes well suits are perfect for cosplays of shinigami. Making a perfect suit ,is probably the single most difficult thing to sew.
I can imagine how much detail goes into making certain dresses ,and gowns. I commend you on such an effort.
Oh and I just saw your Eric x Grell in your gallery . Yay someone else ships them (considering that I don't really ship Eric x Alan at all. )
I only sew by hand as I'm 90% blind , so I was taught hand sewing to improve my motor skills .
I still refuse to make gowns ,only flowing draped dresses ,skirts ,vests ,and leggings for me.

Yeah, I kinda like that pairing, I don't know why
Well, I use a sewing machine and I taught myself to sew. I make all kinds of things, and I guess you could say, I'm my best friend's "cosplay manager" because aside from making my own cosplays, I plan and sew hers too.

I like It mainly because of the idea of the most masculine character with the most feminine character is rather interesting
In a way kinda why I ship certain other pairings . I ship William x Alan , because of not just common personality traits ,but the most dominant character with the most submissive character .
That's so cool . Only one of my friends cosplays ,but we both customize each others work. We rarely do characters from the same animes though.

I actually do ship Eric with Alan, and I also ship Grelliam, actually, I ship lots of Grell pairings.
Most of my friends cosplay, but with my best friend it's like this: We watch something or talk about something, then one of us says, "Oh, we should cosplay that."
Then at some point, I remember that and think about it like, well, we could do that at this particular con. Then I call her or write her if she has time at that con, and if she says yes, I start planning both of our cosplays, then make mine, and then she comes over and we make hers. That's how it works

I think I have roughly 40 pairings for Kuroshitsuji. I basically ship everyone except the kids . well not Eric x Alan , but I am one of the very few who don't ship that. I love the art of the ship though. I rarely RP it , and never draw it.
There are very few cons where I live ,so what I generally do , is go into New York City ,and just cosplay in public. I'm kinda known for it at this point. My close friend might go as a Kuroshitsuji character to a very large convention ,if I make her a Death Scythe.

I don't have that many, actually.... and I don't pair Pluto with anyone, and I don't really ship Ciel with anyone (although me and my friend did some very silly thing at the last convention, she was cosplaying as Ciel and she ran around the con screaming, "Eric Slingby took my virginity!", and I followed saying stuff like, "Yeah, that's right, I did." - which was kinda fun, but I wouldn't ship that, the pairing doesn't make sense).
There's 5 per year where I live, but I also like to cosplay in public. Sometimes I randomly go to class wearing a cosplay, or just walk around town in cosplay, but it's not as much fun alone as it is with a friend.

*laughs * If I ever saw that at a con , I'd want to catch It on film.
There's only one nearby , but I generally cosplay in public about twice a month. I sometimes go with my friend ,but she's never even seen Kuroshitsuji. Ironic since 90% of the cosplays I do are genderbent kuroshitsuji characters. We plan on doing a Nezumi x Shion thing when I move back in a few months.

My friends and me actually do lots of things like that. That same day, two of my friends who were both cosplaying Grell grabbed me and dragged me to the bathroom to "rape" me... no, nobody was staring at all.
I can't really say I cosplay in public on a regular basis, I do that whenever I feel like it.
Nezumi and Shion from No 6?
I've never seen that anime, but my friend keeps telling me to watch it, and I think I WILL watch it sometime ^^

Oh my your friends are rather witty .
You're giving me a lot of hilarious ideas .
People are going to harass me at the NY Comic Con even more If I do some of the things I'm thinking of.
Yes Nezumi and Shion from No 6 . We might also do a genderbent William x Alan , since we both have the outfits and wigs. That's if I can get her to watch the musical without crying hysterically.
She regularly cosplays as Shion ,and I have similar clothes In my wardrobe to Nezumi . It'd be rather easy to get the wig.
Oh No 6 is amazing. It gets rather sad at some points though.

My friends and me decided on writing the worst fanfiction in the world,
all based on true events. For example, one chapter would be this: One
fine evening in a paralell universe, Ciel had the sudden urge to get a bottle
of whiskey and drink from it, feeling totally grown-up and important. Eric has
that same urge, so they both get into Eric's car, along with some more random
characters - namely Nai, Usopp and Lorenor Zoro - and start to look for a store
to get whiskey, while Grell keeps calling Eric and constantly nags on him for helping
a thirteen year old get alcohol. This actually happened after a con a few weeks ago.
I've never cosplayed a genderbent version of any character, I guess I'm just too
masculine for female characters or something..... and why would your friend cry
hysterically when watching the musical?
Alright, I'll give it a go then

If you do write that , post It . It sounds hilarious.
I'm too feminine ,despite being 195cm tall ,I have a very feminine face , body ,voice ,and mannerisms. I never can pull off guys .At this point it's also something that's rarely seen in the Kuroshitsuji fandom ,and I'm infamous for it.
She would cry about Alan Humphries. She'd also cry at half the songs. She cries at anything remotely sad. It's rather unique.

I've been meaning to post it if I do ^^
Well, you know you've pulled off a guy if you get kicked out of the ladies' room and everyone calls you "sir" or "mister" - and that happens to me even when I'm not cosplaying. I have a quite boyish face, my voice is really deep and my body language is quite similar to that of Eric in the musical.
About the Kuroshitsuji fandom, you've got a point there.
Ah, I see.

I've been called sir when I had a pixie cut in my teens (only from behind) ,as I didn't dress feminine.
That's probably why I do it so often. It's always fun to be known for something unique .
My mannerisms are a little like Grell Sutcliff. Whether that's a good thing , remains to be seen.

I get called sir lots, but I don't mind. Things like gender don't really matter that much.
I dress like a guy too because guy's clothes are really comfortable.
It really is
I'd say it's a good thing.
I would say my mannerisms are a mix of Sanji and Eric.
