Chapter 01
Erik couldn't run fast enough. His heart was pounding with anticipation, his feet barely touching the graupel that lay scattered atop weeks of layers of frozen and hardened ice and snow. He jumped over a log, clear into thick snow that rose past his ankles, but he gave no care whatsoever. As he ran, he grew continually more impatient, yet, only a few minutes actually passed before he broke clear from dozens of scratching branches and out into the circular clearing.
François Manor stood stately and true. Erik paused barely a second. Just as Nate had promised, he was standing before the large entry door. As Erik hurried forth and swung his body clear over the iron fencing, Nate turned and broke into a grin. He looked great in his knee-high tan boots, long, form-fitting coat, beanie, gloves, and thick, maroon scarf.

How do you upload your work onto DeviantART?
I make some work with Adobe Illustrator as well but it wont let me upload the file.
I've tried changing it to any file type that my computer would allow but it never works, how do you do it?
