# About me
Hai there Peoples. I'm Nae a freelance artist. I just recently made to change to running my freelance business full time as The Evil Nae Design & Illustration which is super exciting... and also terrifying... but I'm making it work.Graphic design wise I do website design, logos, layout, advertising, even some social media management for my clients. Those are usually my bigger jobs. My preferred projects allow me flex my creative muscles a bit more with illustration and fine art.
On my DA page you will see some of my client work along with a lot of my daily sketches and personal projects. Also my husband and I have a webcomic called the Adventures of Matt -n- Nae. We have been on a break for quite a while now due to health issues and then me focusing on my business, but we hope that we can return to it soon.

I'm glad to hear that she's doing better, at least! I had my mom end up in the hospital for a different reason last year, in really bad shape, and it was so terrifying. She raised me and my sister on her own, so the reality check that she's not invincible was a pretty hefty blow, so I know how that feels. Thank goodness she just got pretty banged up, and not anything worse!

Yeah, I drove to be with her the night of the accident and seeing her in the hospital like that was pretty awful. It's the always the really kickass and important people in your life that you can never imagine not being there. I'm just so glad she can still call me everyday and complain about how she can't garden with the stupid back brace on. Mom's are the best!

Same with my mom, it was like a kick in the gut. You really never even think of anything happening to take the people like that in your life away, until something almost does.
Lol, your mom sounds like a beast! I love talking to mine every day, too. One of the lamest parts of being all grown up is that I don't have that time with my mom that i always did when I was living under her roof and all. She's so cool!
