Hello. Just wanted to say what does not need saying, but sometimes there are no substitute words - so what I wanted to convey is that yes, this world is a crazy place, and I am wondering how you are.

It is a crazy place. And somtimes, some places are crazier than others, but it is a dynamic process; I am certain the peaceful land of the Hobbits and Kiwi was crazy, and simply managed to be peaceful at the age of mass-media and political interest.

I want to point out, that trying to avoid the general mood created by headlines and is difficult. I'v grown used to random rockets since the last conflict 4 years ago (wow, time is quick), but it became truly worrying only now, a month after I moved out with my girlfriend to Jerusalem, where that shit didn't happen before. I started working in Tel-Aviv, where that shit didn't happen before either. Then it happened - sirens, work colleagues shocked, running down the stairs. Then my girlfriend, in Jerusalem, is on the phone "crap, you hear that? Sirens, in Jerusalem". And then a suicide bombing in Tel-aviv. I hoped then it will stop right there, I do not want it to be like in 2002, where a bus blew up twice a week, followed by an aggressive military incursion that practically ended the peace talks. Well, fuck that. I want my salary and be home with my girl, do wars on your own time, fools, thieves, criminals, all those people in power on both sides who only pretend to be idealistic. I thought of the piece I wrote then, 4 years ago - explaining the conflict to the laymen, explaining my point of view. That is so redundant and stupid it hurts. And it's sad, my facebook feed was crawling with arguments for and against, arguments depicting wrong news items, misleading propoganda and plain stupidity. The stupidity is that of the people arguing, caring about this shit.
Yes, it is closing my eyes, it is being passive in a what very well might be a conflict where one should take sides, and should be active. But that won't help, it would only perpetuate. Maybe a conflict of over 100 years is already perpetual... unchangeable.
So, where was I... oh, yeah; puppies.

I don't know what to say, I honestly don't. It is all stupidity. Keep life as simple as possible, if possible. Keep true to your inner self - always, but of course you do that.
Hobbits are a nice wee distraction, I hope you enjoy the movie.
