Hi! Thanks for blowing up my notifications (in a good way), haha! And I do have a YouTube channel (Username: Nimbus)! However, I don't upload that much (recording stuff with Screen-Cast-O-Matic is quite troublesome and time-consuming)... not much else though, sorry :c

Have you considered OBS as an alternative? It’s a bit less user friendly, but once you understand the gist of it, it’s very versatile and offers a lot of great features, all for free! Just make sure you change the file output before you start recording for the first time 
Either that, or Windows or Mac’s native recording capabilities work well too! Especially Mac’s! Mojave is an astoundingly good update and the screen capture makes sure to grab the highest resolution possible, whereas windows I’ve had a few issues trying to get the utmost quality from.
