No Problem 
1) you have to download the picture to your computer by clicking the download file the pictures page and save                   it to your dashboard 
2) go to your home page
3)If you of over your icon in the top left hand corner a little pencil pops up
4)Click it
5)Click the upload image button
6)Pick the picture you saved to your computer
7) Click save
