Thanks for the favorite. Also I saw you were rereading Warriors, haha, the series is sill going, a new one coming out in March. Anyways, thanks alot! Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β

You're very welcome!

Actually that journal is from a while ago. I am trying to catch up right now though on the Super Editions! (Just finished Crookedstar's Promise. Now reading Yellowfang's Secret.) Now I just have to catch up by reading Dawn of the Clans so I can read the new books as they come out... I know it's a continuation from Omen of the Stars, but... I guess I just like reading them in the order they come out?

So much to read and reread. So little time. And instead I'm drawing a scene from Crookedstar's Promise that's taking an eternity.

^^

Oh okay, I didn't look at the date. Oh, Crookedstar's Promise is so sad. Yellowfang's Secret is really good. Oh, Dawn of the Clans is really good in my opinion (others argue it's terrible), I thought it was nice focusing on some cats that weren't in Thunderclan for a Β while. It's sorta, I won't spoil anything, but it focuses on different cats, you'll find out more when you read Bramblestar's Storm. Yeah, I get it. I've got friends and family who've read it like second or third series first, or they just read the books in whack. I'm just like, "How and why?"Β

Oh, which one? I have drawn quite a few scenes, traditionally though, so no DA for them. Good luck with the scene, I know how flustering it can be when just one tiny thing isn't snapping into place in a drawing, or you just don't like it and think you can do better.

I'm not quite halfway through Yellowfang's Secret, but it does seem really good so far! (Out of the one's I've read Bluestar's Prophecy is still my favorite Super Edition though, and one of my favorite Warriors books in general)

I'll probably finish my rereading project (I left off with Long Shadows because I realized I didn't have my own copy of the next book at the time) before reading Bramblestar's Storm and Dawn of the Clans. I know when Dawn of the Clans first came out I read the preview and was frustrated because I didn't like that they were linked to the mountain cats. But that was a while ago, and I guess I've come to accept it nowΒ

I'm working on the scene with the rats before Hailstar dies, and before reinforcements come to help them. So far I've just drawn Crookedjaw *pokes newest deviation* and I'm working on Leopardfur but her pose is causing me problems...

QueenPeaceKitty In reply to Thrushheart [2016-01-21 23:21:39 +0000 UTC]

Oh Yellowfang's Secret is great, as for Bluestar's prophecy I love that one, not my favorite, but I do adore it.
Yeah, you probably should, just to recap the series, that always helps. Dawn of the Clan, in my opinion, should be read after Omen of the Stars because you got more information on the early mountain cats. Yeah, not gonna lie, I wasn't exactly okay with Dawn of the Clans at first. Especially when I found out a character I liked didn't end up in Thunderclan (hehe I was a little younger then, around the time the first book was new. Now that I've actually grown as a fan, I appreciate the Erins didn't throw them in Thunderclan because they were liked.

Oh, that must be hard! As for Leopardfur's pose, just keep working! ^^ Also, your realistic cats are lovely, I myself hate drawing them because I always feel it looks bad. Oh well, maybe I'll try soon. Anyway have a nice day!

I'm trying to have friends read the series (which isn't working out as well as hoped...) and I think I keep having to explain why they can't read the prequels first... Oh well :/ I know half the time I really like cats that aren't in ThunderClan, so I'm not sure how I'll feel about that when I get to it.

I'm trying to have her turning around and crying out for help. I'm not normally good at different poses, so I'm really challenging myself this time. Also thank you! I don't draw realistic cats very often, but where I'm at now is only because of years of practice! (which includes copying the cats off of the first Warriors series way back when I was first determined to draw better cats)

QueenPeaceKitty In reply to Thrushheart [2016-01-22 04:48:09 +0000 UTC]

Yeah I tried that when I was younger. First, my friends thought I was insane, then I managed to get one to read it, she liked it but only read to the second book. I managed to get my best friend to read it, she loved it, but told me over the phone that she just couldn't read them anymore, that they were too long. She managed to finish the first series plus Firestar's Quest though. My other friend read like barely any of the first book and dropped it. One of my newer friends I made when I moved, we actually became friends because of Warriors, though she's a few Dawn of the clans behind. Haha, good luck with getting your friends to read them . Hmm, it's not too big, but it did sting at first, by the end you'll probably be used to it and/or glad

Oi, I hope you get it right, poses can be so difficult. No problem, and yeah, I should probably work on realistic cats, give myself a heads start. I don't feel too bad though, I just started digital art in October, maybe by next October I'll have it down. MAybe. Oh yeah, I don't remember copying them (I probably did though), I do remember drawing in a style such as the cat on a few Omen of the Stars books when I was first getting into art.

So far the most I've done is got my younger sister to read almost five of them (but by now she knows most of the story...), another friend to read one (and unfortunately she skipped to Midnight), another to pick up Into the Wild but never have time to read it, then had my boyfriend say that he would only read them once I owned all of the books... Oh, and I have another friend reading the first book right now, but I haven't talked to him since I first gave it to him a few days ago.

Thanks. I also just need the time to work on it... Yours look pretty good to me! Sure, there's always room for improvement (no matter how good you are) but you're starting off better than I was when I started digital art!

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

QueenPeaceKitty In reply to Thrushheart [2016-01-24 20:28:11 +0000 UTC]

I tried getting my younger brother to read them, but, the entire time I try and talk about it (he hasn't finished Into the Wild) he says something along the lines of, "I hate everyone, they all should die, except Firepaw" and then I go, "What about Lionheart (or Graypaw, or etc) and he goes, "I hate them!" I hope you have more luck than I did getting my friends to read them!

No problem. Yeah, work time can be hard to find, especially if you're juggling life and school and etc. Thank you, and yeah, I try to improve but it doesn't always work. Oh, thank you, and that might just be I was already pretty good at digital art, my friend had a tablet I practiced on (not drawing but just everyday stuff), and I learned all I could, and pretty much practiced everyday on our crappy original MS Paint before I got a laptop a few weeks ago.

Thrushheart In reply to QueenPeaceKitty [2016-01-25 02:31:57 +0000 UTC]

My friend told me yesterday that he's halfway through chapter one of Into the Wild... I'm not sure if that's good progress (since he read the prologue too of course) or if my frustration is understandable...

I'm attempting to juggle two part-time jobs, time with family and friends, and time to read and write, with drawing time that requires me to borrow my sister's tablet... I actually used MS Paint on an old Windows 98 computer and drew with a mouse up through high school if I did anything digital. Then going into college I got my laptop and I use Photoshop now mostly (I actually don't even have access to Paint now even if I wanted to use it...)

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

QueenPeaceKitty In reply to Thrushheart [2016-01-25 02:40:49 +0000 UTC]

Your frustration is completely understandable.

Oh, that must be hard. Two part-time jobs, family + friend time, and reading and writing time? Wow, I wish you best of luck, I could never juggle that. Heh, I only have school and writing/drawing time and I have trouble, but that's probably because I am a procrastinator. Oh,, wow. That's tough. I know your pain. I didn't know drawing tablets existed 'till like a year ago, I had always thought people were really good at mouse drawing. Then, when I first heard of them, I thought they were literally a tablet like an IPad, Samsung, Etc. As for old MS Paint, it sucks, but it gave me a basic understanding of art and I did make a few good drawings with it, though, because I didn't know how crappy JPG is, they are now lumps of pixel on the family computer. Yeah, same here, I bought a Laptop a few weeks ago and said bye bye to MS Paint, I'm sorta glad it isn't taking up room on my Laptop .

Also, I just finished Yellowfang's Secret and I'm crying a little inside. Of all of the Super Editions (besides how much I loved Bluestar's Prophecy....) that wasn't just a pretty good one that I'm glad existed, it was one that I think NEEDED to be told. I have so much more love for Yellowfang now too...

Adulting is a pain XD Usually anymore my jobs take priority of course, especially my second job which is at a bookstore and I love it there. Then comes family, then off and on my friends, which usually ends up mixed with reading/computer time, then writing and drawing unfortunately are kind of mixed in with that but a lot of times come last...

I thought that about tablets and digital art too for a while, until I saw someone using one for a project when I was in high school. Then my sister usually draws more than I do, and a few years ago she got a tablet for Christmas that I've been borrowing for almost all of my digital art now I really need to find all of my old art from Paint... That computer crashed but I should be able to get the files off of it eventually :/Β

Oh, -Pat pat- that book was emotional. It definitely did, her story is so sad but so life-like. It was the fact that she gave everything up to be a medicine cat that got me, then, had her children and gave them up too, knowing it was better for the clan ;( She is a very lovely character, I have so much respect for her.

I bet. Oh, working at a book store sounds fun though. Oh, that stinks. I honestly am glad I'm not an adult yet, all the others are like, "I wanna grow up and do blah blah" and I'm the awkward extrovert going, "I still wanna be a kid!"

Haha! Ahh, it was my friend who told me about tablets because she was into art too (she's still into it but sadly she hardly ever posts and rarely posts like, actual art she made that wasn't just from months ago) Oh, haha! I wish you luck on that quest! The quest to find the old art of '98. XD

For me what made it so amazing was seeing the conflict with ShadowClan from Into the Wild, but from the point of view of ShadowClan cats. Out of any Warriors book, I related most to Bluestar, which is probably why I loved her book, but Yellowfang's story hurt just as much, if not more...

Enjoy being a kid! I was actually that weird kid that didn't want to grow up, and I still don't I think I'm finally coming to accept the adult world a little, but still trying to keep myself in the book-loving, imaginative, whatever you want to call that type of mindset from when I was younger.

Yep! Unfortunately I think that quest is waiting on my brother to get some special connector to put the stuff on his computer... Or a friend of mine. Whoever gets to it first.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

QueenPeaceKitty In reply to Thrushheart [2016-01-25 23:12:31 +0000 UTC]

Definitely! For most of the books Shadowclan is shown with no remorse and wicked hearts, to see their point of view on the matter was awesome. I think I always found I related to Tallstar most, but, Yellowfang's Secret was so emotional, and Bluestar's and Crookedstar's and MY. They all have sad stories.

Haha, I do. Well, I try at least. Yeah, I understand that, everyone wants to grow up but I'm so indecisive and scared of the future I'd rather just be a kid. I'll probably be like you, only accepting the adult world after like a year or two. I too will probably keep my imaginative young self, , I do hope so.

The Quest, who will manage to get the special connector, the brother or the friend? Find out next episode! XD

I liked seeing how Brokenstar actually made a lot of the ShadowClan cats approve of his ideas, even though they were obviously crazy. And how a warrior like Clawface actually had a family, and how Nightpelt would have earned enough respect that he could be leader later...Β
I've read about six chapters of Tallstar's Revenge so far, so I'm not sure how I feel about it. I've always liked Tallstar, but I guess I'm still kind of adjusting to how WindClan works differently from the other Clans.

That sounds like me I mean, figuring out what you want to do is great, but always be open to other opportunities as they come up. I'm 22 now. I just graduated with a (technically) 2 year degree in graphic design last spring, and I'm working fast food and at a bookstore now with only a tiny bit of a desire to actually find a real graphic design job... Life is weird.

It might be an entire season later at the rate it's going XD

Yeah, that was interesting. He found a way to persuade them all that his crazy ideas were right, and it was very clever honestly. Yes, it was very nice to see even 'ruthless' killers had families. Yeah, it was definitely cool seeing how respected he was, but, due to health reasons, he was restricted.
Yeah, it is definitely strange, but it's unique. I will warn you though, it s a typical Super Edition, with all the feels.'

Haha, great people are alike? (Well I'm not that great of a person, but you know, sayings are fun). That sounds fun, I mean, I guess little me would rather have a plan, but you know maybe when I'm your age I'll be less edgy, probably not. Heh. Life is definitely weird.

Next Season, coming Fall 2016, Will the files ever be transferred?

Yep. I can't help it, I always love learning about the backgrounds of the "evil" characters.
I guessed it would be... I think Warriors in general is all the feels. The prequel super editions just love to pack a lot of extra feels into one book...

I'm not that great either Personally I wish I could just go by a plan, but the older I get, the more I'm learning that life never goes as planned. And even if it did, I'm not the greatest at planning ahead.....

XD

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

QueenPeaceKitty In reply to Thrushheart [2016-01-26 05:14:18 +0000 UTC]

The 'evil' characters tend to have sad/meaningful Β backstory's and often, they aren't truly evil, just hurt and bent.
Yeah, pretty much all the Prequel Super Editions are feels. Heck, the main plot lines are feel packed.

Hha. Honestly that's a good thing, but it works differently for everyone. As for me I want a plan, I just can' decide, I wanna be a veterinarian, an author, a video game designer, and an animator, and as the years come on more things spark and more worry seeds. The most solid career would be veterinarian, but I also want to do the other stuff and I don't know if that'd work. Oh well, Β I've got time Β

Β I hope

XD

Thrushheart In reply to QueenPeaceKitty [2016-01-26 05:29:59 +0000 UTC]

Very true. Of course, I almost feel like Brokenstar might be the most evil of them all. I guess you could say it was the teasing and stuff that broke him, but I don't think that would have made much of a difference. I don't know, just my opinion.

Warriors=All the feels

I'd love to be an author, but never considered going to school for it really. I think the best way to get through that is joining writing groups (NaNoWriMo events are a great place to start) As for video game designer and animator, I know people who want to do those kinds of things, but it's been challenging for them, even when they have amazing art. Still, I say never give up on dreams if that's what you really want to do! Just don't feel like you have to rush into anything I guess

Leopardfur is finally finished! (and uploaded)

He probably is. I mean, I'm surprised more kits didn't turn out evil with Lizardstripe as a mom. I honestly think that if Yellowfang had kept him and stepped down as medicine cat, he would have been a good cat, maybe a little ambitious, but good.Β

SO MANY FEELS

Probably, I just need to juggle the time, my honors classes are pretty stressful (nothing compared to what you do). And getting straight A's is pretty aggravating and hard, but, you have to do what you do. Hmm, I've never heard of those, thank you! Yeah, they're pretty hare-brained, but maybe if I actually have time, I can start achieving those dreams, I mean, I'm may still have years to go, but a head start is always nice . Yeah, I've still got a while , a while to let the conflict of hare-brained, large dreams, and the solid dreams rage on.

Wow, that is amazing.

Maybe. I don't know... I mean, considering they even mentioned him as seeming violent and stuff when he was first born. Who knows?

YES DX

I understand stressful/honors classes... Amazingly enough I think when I got this second job my stress levels went down (the worst stress was through the last couple semesters of graphic design classes though) so it's not all bad. Just, you know, take life at your own pace. Eventually things will figure themselves out.

Thanks I'm not really that happy with it, except one of the shoulders/legs/paws. But I guess it just shows I'm still learning...

QueenPeaceKitty In reply to Thrushheart [2016-01-27 04:52:13 +0000 UTC]

True. But the perspective can be pretty biased toward the main character so. I don't know. Starclan just likes punishing cats.

-Sniff-

Yeah, it definitely sucks sometimes, but getting a better future for myself is what I do, and no matter how much I wanna just sit down and not do that honors homework, I know college is expensive and I need to think about my future. Wow. Oh that must be stressful, it sounds stressful. Yeah, it probably just seems that way from my childish point of view. Life will hopefully even itself out by the time I'm there so I can pace myself and finally settle on a dream.

We're all still learning.

Also, I just realized, all these nice, long, conversations were all because of Warriors. Funny huh, how simple things can bring people together to grow and learn and just be people.

I actually went to Victoria Holme's book signing back in 8th grade (so about... 2008. It was her tour for Eclipse) and she was talking about how she enjoys being mean to all of the characters...

I don't know if this would help you or not where you live, but I went to the nearest community college to me and it's the cheapest school around. And I know a lot of people who transferred from there to four year schools. It saved them a lot of money.

Very true.

Yep! It is pretty amazing. And I always forget how nice it is to talk to other people in the Warriors community (if you want to call it that). It's been a while.
I used to be on the official forums all the time when they were new. I'm Thrushheart on there too.

Yeah, I'm not actually an author but I write stories and I tend to kill of sweet character's (and non-sweet) families off. Oops? Being mean is fun though, wlell to fictional beings, not real people. I usually give my character's a little joy though. Heh.

Maybe, I don't know. Thanks for the tip. Luckily I'm still in middle school, so I have time to ask around before I need to make a decision.

Yep, but it seems my learning is procrastinating and making crappy art -Glances at Day Seventeen-

It is, I mean it is so weird how we can start talking about Warriors and get into discussion about colleges and life tips! ^-^ Oh, that's cool. I never really took to those, then again it's been a while since I've actually thought of it. Long live the Warrior Names!

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Thrushheart In reply to QueenPeaceKitty [2016-01-29 04:05:25 +0000 UTC]

I write a lot, but I'm actually really terrible at killing off characters... I can put them through a ton of life-threatening pain, but I can't kill them off. Weird.

Yeah, that's plenty of time I didn't really have much of an idea at all of what I was doing past high school until maybe my junior year (even though the author dream started in middle school for me)

Well, practice is practice?

Yep!
Speaking of life, I was just given (almost) full control of the entire children's area at my bookstore job today. I'm scared. That includes the games, picture books, board books, toys, chapter books, etc. The only thing I really know is the chapter books. I think the manager is putting too much faith in me ._.

But... back to Warriors forum stuff, it is kind of hard to navigate now... Plus (no offense) it's kind of weird for me that probably over half the people still on there are in middle school while I'm already out of college :/ It was weird enough when I was a high schooler... Oh well.

Yay Warrior Names!
Is it bad that I want to give warrior names to all of my coworkers at the bookstore? And act like we're a Clan? Like, the main manager would be the leader, the guy who helps her with a lot of stuff would be deputy, the marketing person would be medicine cat, and the rest of us would be warriors. Then if new people were hired they would be apprentices! (I'm the newest right now though)
Also yay for getting over excited about Warriors! And... wow this was a long reply ._.

I can kill characters off, until I delve into their backstory's or ruin some cat's life. Then I can't kill them off.

Yay for time, I'm thinking majoring in what I need to for Veterinarian, then having a minor degree in graphic design. I don't know though, my ideas are constantly changing so.

Practice!

That's awesome congrats! Also, have more faith in yourself, I bet you'll do wonderfully.

Yeah, it's pretty confusing. It's okay, I understand what you mean, it can Β be awkward when it seems everyone's younger or older than you. It's okay.

No That's a lovely idea! I totally want to do that when I get a job. My coworkers will probably look at me like I'm weird but, you'll probably have better luck at a book store. YAY! But long replies are lovely! Also, I'm sorry I took forever to reply,

I don't know how some authors can kill characters off like it's nothing...

That could work. Just don't overwork yourself! Graphic Design takes a lot of time outside of school, and can be really exhausting. I know I took three years to get my two-year degree. There's no shame in it, as long as you finish. Especially if you're having two majors!

Right now I'm still mostly keeping my focus on the chapter books... I'm more comfortable with that. Actually a girl came in to buy another Warriors book today (Forest of Secrets) and it was great talking with her and her dad. I ended up recommending another series to them that I liked (Dragon Keeper Chronicles I think) and they got the first book. It's always so exciting talking to other Warriors fans and comparing favorite books!

In some ways I just got stuck in my middle school self, and I guess sometimes it feels like people a lot younger than me will think it's weird...

I'm still getting weird looks... Oh well I remember back in middle school I tried to come up with Warrior names for people in my classes. I never told them... it was kind of fun though.

It's fine ^_^

I know, it pains me to kill even some characters, but, things must be done sometimes.

It might. It's just my plan, for now. Yeah, I definitely don't wanna overwork myself, and tbh, if I had to choose between graphic design and a veterinary career I'm gonna choose veterinarian because well, graphic design is just not solid ground to stand on. Β Definitely! If I can get a degree in both I'd be happy!

That's okay, we all have our preferred things That's awesome! When I can actually get a job I hope I can work in a book store! It is, that's what I love about the series and it's fans, they never die, I mean, there are those like you, who are 22 and still love it, and younger readers like her! It's just so amazing!

I understand, those silly thoughts, it can definitely feel odd when your on a site full of younger people.

It's okay! XD They can give you weird looks but, it just makes it better! That's awesome! I'm gonna do that, except with my homeroom only. Like my all my classmates would be Warriors and any new kids could be Apprentices! Time to start scheming some names! I'll probably never tell them, but, whatever!

Working in a bookstore is wonderful! And it's only because I had a friend working there that I was able to get the job, so I really can't thank him enough.
Yes! I mean, Warriors is a way of life (kind of) XD and I love seeing other people joining that.

Awesome! I wish you luck with that! If I could find my old notebook I would tell you some I had come up with, but it's been lost for a long time in the mess that is my house

Yeah.

Definitely, I mean, I do feel guilty neglecting DeviantArt and art in general, but in the long run, school will be far more important.Β

It sounds wonderful! Haha, that's awesome! I'd probably love my friends for eternity if any of them worked and got me a job at a book store.
It truly is, I mean if I hadn't gotten into drawing as much and I never wouldn't have gotten my cat-who is literally my everything. Seeing new people join is amazing, even if it's not serious fandom, but just, 'Oh, yeah I like the books and I like this character,' and etc..

Oh thank you! I can relate to the messy house. That reminds me, my friends who've never been to my house are coming over next week so I'm trying to clean up a tad so we don't look like complete pigs.Β  Β

I understand that feeling... but priorities are important :/Β
Mine right now (besides work of course) is finishing the non-Warriors book I'm reading now, which is Winter by Marissa Meyer (weird coincidence that her first name is the same as mine) It's an 823 page book. I'm at 426. I think I'm doing pretty well...

The only problem is that I want to spend all of my money on books I don't have room for...

That's awesome! It's definitely pushed me with my drawing, and I guess it's made me see my cats differently. Speaking of cats, the newest addition to my household, Sylvi (aka Raccoonpaw) is sitting on my foot again...

Ooh, I wish you luck! My house is almost beyond help right now ._.

They are, even if it sucks sometimes...
Oh that's nice! My priorities are to keep up my good grades and clean my house. (I don't think I've read a book with an author with my name, it's similar to yours) You're doing great! I know now that reading can be hard to find in the middle of life.

That would probably kill me too

Yeah! Gave me a tiny shove too, without it I probably wouldn't have even gotten into digital art! It's made me see all cats in a new light. I don't know where my cats are (I only technically own one but I live with four ;W, probably sleeping.

Haha, just the dining room+kitchen+living room, every other room can be hidden, the dining room is almost good, just needs a little cleaning in like two places.

I'm on page 583 now and internally screaming. I really love this series. It might even have more feels than Warriors though... or just different. I want to finish the book before Sunday because I want to go to the author's book signing. At the rate I'm going at with this half of the book... I might have to find another book to start between now and then. I read over a hundred pages today without realizing it and I'm still going.
I hardly had any time to read during late high school and into college. Now working in a book store it's taking over my life again

I had to write notes to myself not to buy more books...

I have two cats at my house now. Sylvi (Raccoonpaw) and Arashi (Stormwind). Then my dad has five others at the farm he runs his business from. Toni (Leopardstripe), Tanner (Hawkpaw), M (Tigerpaw), Luna (Batpaw), and Jellybean (Sparrowpaw) There have been others too. Every cat I've known since middle school has probably had some kind of warrior name...

I like to think my room has the most hope for being cleaned up... Then I realize I'm lying to myself... *sobs*

Yay wait, no? Yes? xD Possibly, Warriors is fee packed, but quite a few book series have made me cry more. That sounds fun! I wish you luck! Lol, I know the feeling, if I really enjoy a book and have time I can read pretty quickly(The last I remember is Dawn of the Clans: Path of Stars, I read that in like 4 hours I think?)Β
Yeah, my teachers keep piling on the homework, at this rate I'll never finish any book soon!Β
I'll probably hop back into reading soon to be honest, heh.

I'd probably have to do that...

Aww! I have my four that live with me;Margaret (Marshreed),Lily(Lilyface), Fluorescent(BrightEyes), and Oreo(Whitefeet). Every random stray I've had in the neighborhood since I started reading Warriors a few years ago Β has probably had some warrior name. XD

*Pat pat* It's okay, impossible isn't a thing. That's what I said when I first started cleaning my room a year ago. Now, well, I've gotten rid of a bunch of stuff and my room is pretty good other than my books+backpack on the floor wait, +socks. xD

I just finished Winter and I think that I'm in denial that I actually finished it. The ending to that book was precious though. I highly recommend the Lunar Chronicles if you ever get the chance.
Also, four hours?!?! That's impressive. So far my fastest read was two days (for a book barely 200 pages long) and three days for anything longer. It normally takes me about a week, maybe two to finish most books.

Naming real cats with Warrior names is fun =^^=

Every time I attempt to clear a space in my room, even if I actually get rid of things, somehow the space fills itself back in again...

It sounds amazing! I just finished a book series(Septimus Heap) and I've kinda had no books to read, other than random ones at the Library. I will definitely check it out!
Oh thank you! Well, I mean, people ave different reading levels of fastness (that makes no sense but,). Being a quick reader isn't that great though sometimes. If I finish a Warriors book in a day, then that leaves me months to just sit and wait like a sad little creature. That's nothing bad though (reading slower)!

It is, My parents tend to give me weird looks though, (I was talking to my dad when I first gave my cat Margaret a warrior name. I was like, "Marshreed or Marshflower?" and he was like, "Umm?" and gave me that, 'what the heck?' look.) Β =^-^= : )

I know your pain, right now I just kinda don't do anything in my room, except draw, and even then it can be messy. It definitely takes some work (and some cynical, 'Well, I don't ever use this...')Β

Hmm, I've heard of it, but I don't really know anything about it...
The Lunar Chronicles are very different from Warriors, but amazing! (and I met the author on Sunday!!!) The books are Cinder, Scarlet, Cress, Winter, Fairest, and Stars Above (which I'm reading now because I got it at the book signing) Even though it's a prequel, I recommend reading Fairest before Winter, if you read it at all. That book was messed up...

My dad gives me really weird looks whenever I talk about the cats' warrior names... or Warriors in general...

I managed to make it so that I can reach a little more of my childhood bookshelf again... It took hours, but yay...

It's really good, it's about wizards and well here the blurb:
"The seventh son of the seventh son, aptly named Septimus Heap, is stolen the night he is born by a midwife who pronounces him dead. That same night, the baby's father, Silas Heap, comes across a bundle in the snow containing a new born girl with violet eyes. The Heaps take this helpless newborn into their home, name her Jenna, and raise her as their own. But who is this mysterious baby girl, and what really happened to their beloved son Septimus?"
It's pretty great, I liked it, I'd suggest reading a tiny bit if you ever have the time.
Okay! I'm gonna have to go to the bookstore pretty soon (I looked the books up and they look pretty great!)

I get weird looks pretty much half of the time I sob over some death, or rant about cats. My dad (and mom and rest of my family) probably tune me out to be honest...

That's one step closer!

I'm so sorry I haven't replied in a while! Life got really crazy!

That does sound really good though. I found them at work the other day, so at least I know what I'm looking for. Right now I got talked into reading the Sword of Truth series though (a much more adult fantasy series with really super long books....) and I'm on the second one now. Plus I'm trying to get back into writing more....

I think everyone's tired of hearing me rant about things, especially Warriors XD

Oh! It's fine, to be honest I thought you'd just got bored talking to me. I understand the whole life being crazy thing, life hasn't exactly been calm for me either!

Oh that sounds cool! As for writing I need to actually do that as well, but it seems I like to put it off! Oh well, inspiration will strike occasionally!

Haha. I'm surprised I actually haven't told any of my peers about it. I'm also surprised I haven't ranted to even my friends who read it for a while. Something to do! Hehe!

Nope! I don't get bored talking to people easily. I just have a really bad habit of forgetting to check things and disappearing for a while when life gets busy or distracting for even a couple days....

It's so easy to procrastinate on writing.... (I'm doing it right now) but I'm trying to motivate myself again. Getting involved in NaNoWriMo has helped, and making writing friends through that program.

That is surprising XD

Sort of... I mean, it only takes place during certain months, so it's not so much a signup like.... on here for instance. I mean, you create an account, but writing only happens (officially) during November, or, if you're doing Camp NaNo (which I'm sort of attempting right now) it's during April and July. You try to reach a wordcount goal during that month.
