Your Using Winterboard? the newest version?
Try moving around the themes (drag mine the the very top) Also try unchecking and restringing, then checking and restringing again.
Also If summerboard mode is on that might cause issues.

Some name Changes, and many new images.
Music player files no long reside in the MobileMediaPlayer, there is now a video.app and MobileMusic.app. All the files are in the Media frameworks now :/
