# About me
I grew up with a taste for sci-fi and fantasy but the beauty of nature (especially Winter and the other seasons) has always moved me.Music inspires me to paint, especially "mindscape' music, such as prog rock, psychedelic music, classical, new age and medieval music.
Places from my childhood memories or places that I see in and around my neighborhood influence some of the landscapes in my paintings, as well.

Thank you. I'm glad you like my work and relate to it. I read books of fantasy and sci-fi during that period, too- a definite influence on me to a degree. Same birthday as me too, eh? I like having a birthday Sept. 12. It kind of heralds the beginning of the holiday season for me.
