BTW I have a solution to your spiral art book problem! I did it with one of mine cause the spiral keep popping out, take the spiral and thread a length of ribbon through instead

The ribbon sounds like a wonderful idea if I ever need to use on of those damn books again. The end of the spiral is always bending around in the most unhelpful manner.
I've got about 100 pages left, I think I need to head to Officeworks at some point to see what they have available at the moment. They used to have these perfect notebooks, the front and back covers were hard stiff cardboard attached to a cloth strip that went over the spine and under the board. They were nice and sturdy, plus you could draw on the cover since it was cardboard.

Basically you were the bodyguard of the Empress, who was assassinated and her daughter kidnapped. You get framed for it and get tossed in prison. You find out who is responsible and you break free from prison. Get some allies, bit of magic thrown in, new sword and crossbow, etc, etc. Pretty much you're out for revenge and finding the daughter of the Empress. It's fun because you can play the entire game without killing a single person (which is pretty hard I'd imagine). There's different consequences to how you play as well, which is neat. There's different paths to your target, it's up to you how you get there. :>
It's been described as Steampunk, but it's more Whalepunk since everything runs on Whale oil than steam. The City itself is under the shadow of a Plague brought in by rats, there's zombie-like plague infected people, swarms of rats and guards that will try to kill you on sight. It's filthy, grungy and dark, the City feels like it's dying and decaying around you. The Nobles live in decadence while the common folk live with disease and decaying social structure and martial law.
