I don't think anyone is above the rules of copyright. But I knew/know this person. I know that she wouldnβt have done it out of jealousy, or spite. Just to make a base.
Which most base-makers are like. If the owner asks, The image will be taken down. if the owner approves, then nothing is tampered with. But when someone who is NOT the owner of the original comes, and bitches, or nags about it, then I think that that is just annoying. So I reply with the same response.

You should try.
Because quite simply, you can be original with one. You can either just slap on spikes and call it hair, or you can use your own style, and give the doll character. Thatβs I why I like bases.
You see different interpretations of one piece of work. Like say I see a base, and think of a girl with a beach ball. But when you see it, you think of a girl with a magical electric orb. (or what ever you may see)
So this is what I believe that she was trying to say, she might have said in a way most people would not understand, but it still goes for even using a base.

Monkeys didn't become humans. There's speculation that monkeys and humans share an ancestor somewhere down the line because of our similar traits, but we never evolved from monkeys. I seriously think you need to go back to school, seeing as this is basic knowledge.
Actually, evolution takes quite a bit of effort. If homo sapiens were to not create art and languages, we would have easily been wiped out by all the other forms of human creatures that were alive at the time. The only reason homo sapiens survived is because we fought the hardest. And we continued to evolve from that point onto what we are today because we made an effort to change our society.

Charles Darwin actually stated that after his observations, he hypothesized that animals of similar species shared a common sncestor, which we share with monkeys. It's impossible for us to have evolved from something that exists, as natural selection would kill them off if they did not evolve, thus becoming defects in an ever-changing environment. Learn more about Evolution instead of skimming a Wikipedia article based off an assumption.
