I purchased digital Volumes 1, 2, & 3 of Underburbs from IndyPlanet, but I can't open the files. I'm not sure if it's because I'm trying to read it on my phone, but it just won't open; other .pdf files work, but these just don't open. Can you help me on this?

I recommend trying it on a computer first. Iβve heard about a smallish percentage of people having problems with the digital books, but it usually works out in the end. I donβt run the store in any way and I donβt have any more access to tech support than the average customer. I did a test download of issue 1 once (on my laptop) and it worked. Maybe try redownloading on a different device? I wish I could help more, but I just donβt have the answers. Good luck, I hope you can read the books soon!
