I've been struggling with my social anxiety lately (it has gotten worse) but I'm trying to recover from it... somehow. ;-; Right now I feel rather sunny, though! >w< Lots of happy, happy things around. I'm glad you're feeling happy right now, at least! c: I'm also feeling pretty great lately, things are going
quite well for the first time in a while.. And even if something bad happens, I can overcome it
more easily.

I'm happy to hear you like our song! :'D I think it's such an improvement compared to last year..
Hopefully his performance will be great as well. Douwe himself said that if he doesn't win, he'll be
very disappointed.. XD He feels very confident about his song, it seems. He was great during Eurovision
in Concert (I was there for the first time) ;-;

Honestly I don't have a lot of favourites this year either, there's a lot of songs I like but.. I don't feel a true 'connection' to any of them, like I did
last year with Adio for example. I do love France and Italy a lot this year, though! :> What about you?

Where was the Eurovision in Concert arranged? In your country? 8o I'm so jealous, I want to experience it, too.. sometime! I bet he sings great on the stage! I really hope so! <3 

I know exactly how you feel. I just don't seem to like the contemporary music.. I prefer songs with proper singing and real instruments, not just some sounds made with computer and lame singing in the background haha. If I'm being honest, this year's got to be the worst one in years and I haven't been this unexcited in ages! This is really worrying and I don't like it! ;-; I'm not even really interested in finding out who's gonna win. I don't think anyone really deserves it with this quality.. France is one of my favourites, too! Italy hasn't grown on to me, yet. Usually Italy is my favourite because they tend to sing in my ultimate favourite language but this time it isn't really my.. thing, even though I have tried listening to it several times already. ´n` I don't know what's up! But as to go with my other favourites, Russia is very high on my lists. Sergey Lazarev used to be one of my favourite singers when I was younger - I adored him! And I still think he's a very good singer - only that his song could be a better one. For example, try to listen to his "In my lonely life", that's some awesomeness!! I wish his ESC entry would have been something of that sort.. I also like Austria with their French song that is just so overly sweet that you cannot unlike it or else you don't have a heart X'D <3 And for some unknown reason, Malta's song impressed me at the first sight! What an outstanding singer!! And then I've also learned to like Ukraine's entry because it's different and interesting, and it holds a great message!!

Yup, there's a Eurovision preparty in Amsterdam each year. Ah I'm sorry, I hope you can be there too, one day! ;-;
I must say that not only the artists, but also the audience was just amazing.. Literally everbody was friendly out there!

Yeah, exactly! :'c I also don't really mind who wins.. And I can't bring up the excitement I had in past years. I wouldn't mind if Russia won, or France... I love Sergey, he is so
energetic and I heard his performances are amazing! :'D But you knew his music before? Because I had never heard of him before.. X'D I will certainly check out that song!
Honestly I didn't like the Italian song that much in the beginning, until I listened to it many times.. I suppose it has grown on me now. I hope it will happen for you too, but..
If it doesn't that's ok! I think Zoë from Austria is so sweet, and I'm happy she's singing in French.. We need more of these songs! Though there's more 'happy' songs than last
year... Last year there were too many ballads for sure. XD Omg Malta's song amazed me when I listened for the first time! ;-; I think they should totally reach the top 10!
I think Ukraine is sending a beautiful song.. It's very different from all the others, and Jamala is such a wonderful person. ^v^
I feel sorry for Romania though.. It's such a shame they can't enter anymore. Why didn't they tell Romania they couldn't enter before their national finals? :c It was such a
disappointment for Ovidiu.. But, on the bright side, I'm really glad Poli Genova is coming back!

Aww, that's spectacular to hear! I'm really happy that you've found yourself a job that you enjoy doing - even if it leaves you a bit worn-out at the end of the day. X'D But hey, that's like with almost every job on this planet, so you have to just stick up with it, I think. I'm doing better than the last time we were talking! X') It's really dark in Finland right now so my energy stock is really low at times and it causes me to feel sadder than usual... but now I've tried to fight against it with a determined mind and it has worked to some extent! I like darkness too to some extent, but in Finland, it's totally different. X'D You can see the sun only for a really short time during the day and I am usually indoors at that time, so I'm very low on the vitamin D and that causes me to suffer from weariness and symptoms of seasonal depression. ´n` It's really not nice in the long run!! I'm already waiting for the summer to come.. *-*
What do you study, by the way? In what institution? öwö And how long will your Christmas holidays be? Mine is going to be around 3 weeks! That's gonna be relaxing! 8D And I don't celebrate Christmas in the traditional Christian way because I'm not one, but my family do follow the traditions so there I go with them X'D It doesn't bother me in any way, but I'm not into it either! >w< How about you? I do not follow Christian religion as well, but my family does, and so they also celebrate the religious part!
Anyway yesterday I finished school and I will come back on 7th January T_T

I am attending the fourth class in scientific high school In Italy you have to stay 5 years in the high school LOL.
After this school I'll go to the University and I'll study biology :3
