Do you mean an icon to fit on your deviantart pages, so 50 x 50?

I'm afraid I wouldn't have time to draw both of your characters, but I can offer to turn some artwork of your characters that you already have into an animated icon.

They will be 50 Points Points Points Points Points each if you still would like one.
