I'm doing good, a bit stressed at the excuses my college was giving me. But, I'm fine.

Who are you and what have you done to the real Echo?
I went to get my ID, but they kept telling me several times (days) that my name wasn't in the machine/program to print the cards, so I called them about the issue and the lady began to give me an attitude and basically said to me, "Call me again when you're not distracted." When I wasn't, I heard another phone ring on her side not to mention she was just giving me a silent treatment.
So what I'll do is go two days before or on the school day to get my ID and just explain to my professors that they kept telling me that they didn't put my name in the program to give me my school ID. Not to mention that one of the workers told me that they weren't even doing their job to check who's name needs to be programmed to print the cards.
