If you want to take this people as your aspirations as to what you one day would like to achieve, that is perfect and fine and a good thing.
But don't claim it's yours and take the praise for it. This does not help you in any way to improve!! nor is it honest to the viewer and it's *very* rude and disrespectful to the creators who *did* put in hours of effort and years of learning into this.
Find your art heroes. aspire, work hard and dream. But don't steal or copy (as in perfect copy, reference is al right if it's credited)

one of this person's drawings was firstly posted on pixiv in 2007 or 2009, i don't remember.
the one with the girl at the beach is from a very very well known japanese artist which likes to draw brown, long haired girls in his works.
you can search for stolen art like this :
- rightclick on the image
- click view image
- copy the ulr
- paste it on google search
- click search by image
and that`s it
