I drew them, but I did use a lot of reference. Β I kinda composited a bunch of in game stuff into one image, then light boxed them. Β Re-colored and re-lit them.

Grodd looks more akin to the DarkDeco variant of TimmStyle from BTAS than to his appearance in JL/JLU.

Hi Veil. How is it going ? I was just checking some stuff when I came across your gallery and I remembered immediately where I had seen it before : you were (are) part of the superbuddies forum, right ? I already check your stuff/write comment. I enjoyed how precise your art was, in the way that it could be promotionnal pictures from WB : sametones, same exact colors, etc ... That was always well done.

I've been thinking about doing some other dcau stuff...but I always have trouble narrowing down what I want to do, and then just doing it. I've got some other stuff I had done a while back, I'll try to dig them up. Thanks for the complement.

I found out you have made all that Claw drawings and everything, i can't belive i can acctualy write on the wall of a great artist wich was a really good inspiration for drawing when i was younger. I wish you luck in your life and i hope you make more awesome art, can you tell me/us on what games are you working on?

Wow, thanks for posting this. It makes me feel pretty good that something that I have worked on has inspired them to create art themselves. Right now, I'm working on a hidden object game for my casual game company. Not quite as fun as working on Claw, but it is pretty great as well. Good luck to you as well.
