I recently just came back actually but I'm happy you like them >w< 
(but seriously all I can ever do is the face-- I cant really draw fullbody XD)

I'm actually self-taught so I cant really explain how I make them.But for tips, well.. I guess I just learn through watching how other people draw like speed paints. You could also check out tutorials and just keep practicing, really like the best way is to keep drawing and practicing and trust me, it'll be better with time if you keep trying out new things and changing your style once in a while. Yeah so far i looked at tutorials but i don't follow it step by step because i want to develop my own style of doing it so i can feel comfortable. ^^ i say my first one didn't turn out too bad. Ill keep trying. Tysm!

Well at your pace, you seem to be doing well~

Tbh, I also suck at learning from tutorials-- I mostly learn in speedpaints by watching how other people draw and somehow applying those different styles into my work. 
And yep, continue doing that! Its better to just find your own style youre comfortable with. Just remember to keep practicing and it would really be better I support you~
