Personality:
Vixie Reynard is a fun-loving girl, whose love of food is only surpassed by her love for her boyfriend, Shadz (Β©Shadz-the-Fox ). She gets talkative around friends, but is often weary around strangers. Due to being the victim of bullying as a child, Vixie lacks confidence in her abilities and often questions her worth. Despite not having too much faith in herself, she is very supportive of her friends and allies. Vixie also gets along great with kids.
Powers/Attacks:
Phoenix Fire - Located in Vixie's heart, Phoenix Fire is both her power source, and her life force that was given to her by the phoenix god, Pyroko. Phoenix Fire burns with bias; those aligned with good won't be burned, while those aligned with evil will. Phoenix Fire can burn neutral objects, but it takes a while for the object to burn. Because it is her life force, Vixie has the life span of a phoenix, which is both a blessing and a curse.
Hand-to-Hand - Vixie trained in martial arts as a recreational sport when she was young. She also incorporates the Phoenix Fire to give her opponents additional damage.
Swordsmanship - Vixie is entrusted with the sword of Pyroko, a holy sword connected to the phoenix god himself. Along with normal swordplay, Vixie can also use the sword to sling fire attacks as a ranged maneuver called a "Pyro Strike."
Phoenix Eye/Judgment - A seek-and-destroy technique. Vixie uses the Phoenix Eye to create a network of energy that is channeled through the environment to seek out and snare enemies that are hidden from sight. She then uses the Judgment spell to send out a wave of Phoenix Fire at her enemies. She can't move while performing both spells, so this technique isn't used often.
Phoenix Discus - The relic on Vixie's left wrist is a holy artifact that changes into a round shield. Impenetrable, it makes a great defense. If Vixie needs a long-range attack, the shield can become a discus that is capable of decapitating dangerous opponents.
Phoenix Blitzkrieg - A last resort technique. If a situation gets desperate, Vixie turns herself into a bomb and expels almost all of the Phoenix Fire inside her at the enemy. The massive drain of life force makes this a very risky move.
Alternate Forms:
Phoenix Form - When Vixie and her Spirit Partner, Pinix perform Spirit Resonance, Vixie's power and abilities increases tenfold. In this form, Vixie gets a pair of phoenix wings and the Sword of Pyroko grows larger.
Pyroko Form - This form is achieved when Phoenix Vixie resonates with Pyroko himself. In this form, Vixie has two pairs of phoenix wings and her eyes glow. When in this form her power is increased a hundredfold, but attacks use massive amounts of Phoenix Fire, so this form is only used in extremely desperate situations.
Crazed Vixie - Due to an unfortunate event in the previous year, Vixie has a large amount of madness sealed inside her. If Vixie is in an environment saturated in evil or insanity, or if something causes her to snap, the seal begins to crack and Vixie becomes erratic and unpredictable. She becomes fascinated by blood and will hurt friend or foe if they get too close. This state is cured by either Pinix or Tori Asante re-sealing her madness.
