I think stealing flash would be minutely better because it takes more skill. With stealing drawings you just change the colors/trace over it.
It leads to "If you've got the knowledge, why the heck are you wasting time thieving?!" but it also shows a bit more ability. Like the difference between hacking into a computer to get passwords and just guessing right.
