ahahah idk, iscribble is just not the same nowadays, it's getting much more... quiet lol, maybe people just trying to reach out old hangout buddies here.
i'm pretty fine myself lmaoo, with work and stuffs. do you know the dA accounts of other peeps we used to hang out together tho? i kinda miss the days tho it's not really possible to spend that much time on iscrib again since pretty sure many of us is getting busier with college, work and stuffs :')

I can't believe you've been on iscribble for so long, it's such a hard place to draw.
I barely know any DA accounts to begin with. I know those of sel and capo ,and alejandro but idk if you actually know them.
The rest is also pretty dead really, I think everyone moved to tumblr. And well they have their own life to deal with heheΒ
Though it's great to hear from you again! Maybe I should visit iscribble one day.

Welllllll not that often, it's pretty rare actually, and for not that long. I just come there sometimes if i get extremely bored and and do like 10 minutes random doodles on some crowded board then logoff lmao.
And yea i don't really know/remember them sadly, i already forget the username of the peeps who used to hang often with us lol. oh well.

I just started to poke around the Summer Showers donation page and I really liked yours ;w; I have a soft spot for walking in the rain, especially at night (I don't stay out too often though; I get sick super easily //fail)
IΒ get theΒ feeling that the lightsΒ areΒ bright and calming, like listening to The Merry-Go-Round of Life (from Howl's Moving Castle; I'm really bad at describing things, as you can see //haha ;w; ) And it's even a bit romantic to see it turn on one-by-one, and you just kinda stand there in amazement.

Things I love about your artwork:
- Your colors meld together in amazing ways. Blues become greens and purples become reds. Its like the colors have no boundary and it really gives your art a beautiful touch. Usually melded colors appear muddy, but yours doesn't. So kudos!Β
- Your art has no true shadows.. In other words your art is base colored but its lovely. I have never seen anyone shade the way you do. So keep it up!Β
Something you could work on:
- Back to the color thing, I would love to see your work with a higher contrast. More notan!Β

I'm not an expert, but high contrast (to me) means a clear bright light source and dark dark shadows. Bringing elements of notan into your art (examples:Β sandara.deviantart.com/art/hadβ¦ andΒ www.jenniferyoung.com/images/fβ¦ could really advance your art further.Β

A good way to test the light and dark in your art is to do the squinty eye test. Look at one of your art pieces, squint your eyes, and see how high your light to dark contrast is.Β
I did the squinty eye test on this piece of yours:Β woestijn.deviantart.com/art/Seβ¦ and found that there is very little contrast. The light source isnt very clear and the shadows aren't as defined. I also did the squinty eye test on this:Β woestijn.deviantart.com/art/Niβ¦ and found the light source immediately despite no clear shadows. I find this piece of yours more interesting because of the contrast. Β
Not everything has to have light source and shadow. Your style works nicely the way it is
