i use photoshop cs 8, but i only colour my work when im at school because i dont have photoshop at home, or a tablet (even though my schools tablets are budget, they get the job done). since todays a holiday there not open, it sucks...

honestly, i am not very experienced in using photoshop to colour pictures, i used hyung tae kim's work in magna carta for the ps2 as reference while colouring "soft mercy". I then sat in front of the computer for 2 hours looking at his pictures, analyzing them in every detail. for the next 12 hours (even during sleep), i tried to figure out how i could do similar effects in photoshop. the next day i opened up photoshop and managed to get that coloured in 2 and a half hours. all ive used so far is the brush and dodge/burn tools. sorry, there is no website that can tell u how to do this, or at least not that i know of, i just use instinct, and lots of thinking.
