I use Poser for about 99.99420923% of my work. Photoshop comes in handy for the rest of them when I feel like adding something.

Thanks for the comments, I been watching the developers & character forums over at rendero for some time and you mentioned you were over here too hence the . The sandals you asked about are from a race queen set for MD by Teppan, but I think his site is down for a revamp at present.
