I think most people just give them out at random... Thats what I do... But your comment made me look again at your profile... I think it's cool that you're drawing dragons... I've been drawing a lot of those lately...

Haha gotcha. :) (Smile) I almost never draw at all but when I do I often draw dragons. (I'm not very good at drawing dragons though) I prefer to write, so I do that more often. Hence, most of my stuff is story-based. I saw some of your dragons. I like your latest upload, the process of your drawing in a gif. It's pretty cool. :) (Smile)

Intersting that people give them out at random. I've noticd that, but I've never actually done it myself. I always wait for a reason... However, in this case, I will repay your random gift with a random gift of my own. :D (Big Grin)

I noticed the writing on your profile too, sadly deviantART is mostly for visual stuff, but I think that more writers have begun using it over the years.
Either way, you get good at whatever you practice, so good luck with that :) (Smile)

People give Llamas for different reasons. Some people see them as special, some see them as a game, and others realise that a Llama is a link to their profile.
If you don't get any faves within 5 seconds on a drawing, you'll probably not get any... But Llamas make people know you at least exist...

True. I've noticed that with art it will be faved nearly instantly, but with writing it could be at any time because it takes much longer to read. I suppose your plot worked since now I know you exist, and I have visited your profile a few times as well. I think I'm still going to save llamas for special occasions though. :) (Smile)

Sure thing. That sounds like a reasonable estimate, but now you'll have to give out another ten llamas to get another.
