But I'm pretty certain that when you buy it once, you have it forever. No subscription type stuff

I'm sorry! I haven't forgotten! It's always on my mind, I've just been really really busy! It's the end of the quarter so all the teachers are pushing a ton of work on us. Plus the lineart has taken longer than thought it would to get it how I want it to look. I'll try hard to get it done by this weekend, but I can't promise anything. Here's a good reference of an individual of the race. fav.me/d8iqfi3 It's in black and white but I can specify a colour scheme. And the scene I had was one of my race vaporizing a Novakid (just a random one) with a plasma rifle or something.

And a bit of backstory (shamelessly copied from a previous comment, lol)

"Anyway, they're non-humanoid and require form-fitting bodysuits containing water encased by a force field. They also have a little repulsor type anti-gravity thingy that lets them float at roughly the same height as all the other species, and lets them interact. Also, since every race in Starbound has their sort of cliché or thing, I thought that perhaps they could be a large empire that regards bipeds as lower beings and is all elitist and superior about it. Hmm, well, the actual body colour can vary (just like with all the other races). But, for this particular squid, I'm thinking a colour somewhat like the agar on this plate (don't ask xD): www.medical-labs.net/wp-conten… That bluish tinge.

The bodysuit is just probably going to be force-field enclosed water, so it'd be clear. The helmet is force-field enclosed, too.

Okay, I'll get to working on that! It's late now and I'm going to be going to bed, so I'll start it tomorrow. I'll probably make some rough sketches during school and then start the proper drawing when I get home.
