Okay, Mecondra is a dragon princess in the form of a human/elf. She's a lil crazy and hot-headed. She's also kind of stupid, but she makes up for it in combat and charm. She likes fire a lot.
Now, she is also a Zekk Guardian (won't go into detail into what that is) and can use dark energy (looks like purple glowing flames).
She's a fun character. she's everywhere from psycho and childish to elegant and beautiful. I would love for you to show her beautiful side with her powers and appearance.

It's funny that it is steampunkish because i just learned what that is because at my work we had a steampunk themed party and I had to create a steampunk costume. It's hard for me because I am so unfamiliar but I will do my best I'm up for a challenge (until i get frustrated and quit lol)
