im kind of in the same situation. when i signed up i was like "fuck yeah im gonna make teh best series evah!!!" and other noob stuff. and now i just kinda gave up.
if anything, just get a team of people, several animators, artists, etc, so that its a combined effort. if your busy, another person youve designated can animate an episode, or make a script, etc etc etc.
though with the ammount of hype that people put around you from time to time (face it, the higschool eds idea is kind of brilliant) im surprised ED hasnt pointed fingers and said you were pulling a duke nukem forever.

I don't trust other people with this task. I have a certain style, and there are only a few people who can draw decent characters, but none of them have the same style. And animation also isn't something alot of people can do.
Till I'm actually able to start with an episode, I am planning to "bring out" a cd with multiple story episodes. If people like listening to their voices just as much as looking at them, then it should become a success.

thats actually pretty cool, since EEnE always seemed like that kind of art that tattoo artists love.

have you tried newgrounds? they have LOADS of animators there, im sure one of them is bound to at least come close.
though its likely theyd ask you to pay them.
ive tried to start my own series, but im just a procrastinator, and what ive heard most successful artists/animators say is that you should make a schedule and start small. maybe you should just start with a few comics, gain a bit of support, get a few more voice actors (not every single one if its a long story, just the main characters to get started) and go from there.

I had a Newgrounds account years before Deviantart and Youtube. I experienced they're not really the type of people I could ask for anything.
I've already done everything from "the small schedule" you're proposing. And in general there are no problems, just my own lack of time.
I suggested the idea to my latest voice actor, but I can't remember if he actually responded. But I'm still busy with the script, anyway.

Maybe its just because i joined a month ago, newgrounds seems like a good place to at least get a few resources. if youre having trouble with time, just try to take time out of your day to get something done, like, say, the time you spend on the internet, you could spend animating an episode, or some cliche like that. its advice im not willing to heed, but its still advice. TIME PARADOX, OR AM I TOO STUPID TO UNDERSTAND THAT MEME ISNT FUNNY!?

its a fairly recent comic, it very recently got a movie, it kinda sucked, but the comics are top notch. BESAIDZ IYUTZ KUHWAEE YEW GAIZ.

ah, i see. well, in the US i hear its firly popular, though it started in canada.
im more into unheard of comics like PRIMAL, mcfarlne (the creech and tin can man, spawn is ok but a bit overrated) astro boy, and some indie comics. i also like batman, especially knightfall.

I only heard about Astro Boy, and still I don't know what it is.
My oldest sister was always very fond of the X-Men, and I like Garfield and a typical comic from Belgium called "Urbanus".

yeh, i think people only remember astro for the cartoons and the recent movie, im willing to bet nobody ever saw the jailbait he was on the original series xD
i never really liked x-men, i dunno, i just didnt like it as much as hulk, or iron man, or avengers. theres a bunch of original comics here, one called "condorito" from i think chile, its pretty funny, but only if you know spanish, and theres this badass press called urban legend that makes books about venezuelan urban legends, but only uses comics submited to them by fans. its funny, since one moment its a depressing life story, and the next is scribbled parody thats funny in its own right.

im more inclined towards DC, especially green lantern and any spinoffs, like that marvel vs dc thing they did a few years back where batman and wolverine merged and had a crossover comic called the wolf (batman TAS + wolverine = you guessed it)
yeah. theyre really just a bunch of different takes on myths, not famous ones like bigfoot, but really obscure ones like Dr. Knoche (look up on DA an image of him, a SINGLE image, that explains the whole backstory.)
their cover art is always briliant, though. they can make an old man with a vaccine look like the most fearsome thing ever (though he does look like megatron with that metallic skin...)

I can't really say much about DC. I always thought Superman was a bland asshole, and I don't know most of the other characters. But Batman was bad, man.

meh, i just liked the look of it.
storywise i prefer more in depth chracter development. theres this really good one called four of a kind, where its basically poison ivy, screcrow, man bat, and riddler all basically telling their life stories.
i hate poison ivy. her trauma (every dc character seems to have a trauma)
is that her daddy violated her. that seems kind of a lame excuse to go on a killing spree.
