All these people reporting you have not heard of graphic makers? People who make signatures, icons, banners, etc...
Though, yeah, whenever you make graphics with fan art that isn't yours, you should always ask permission first. Not sure if all your stuff uses stock, free renders/pngs, etc...

Honestly, whenever something that vaguely resembles stolen art shows up on the front page, people go all over the place, which is understandable. I'm there too, especially with the obviously stolen photography.
It's just that this gallery doesn't feel stolen to me.
Looks like he got noticed because the particular render had eye-catching art of a popular anime [that I have no intention of seeing] wallpaper-sized, unlike the rest of his gallery, which mostly consists of signatures... not as eye-catching, I guess.

It's not stolen, this guy did amazing edits especially with "Anarchy." If anything he made the original recognized. And it's mostly the anime nerds freaking out especially with their title of "Anime Artist." Anime isn't even accepted as a true art form, it may be "recognized" but it will never be accepted. Deviantart is mostly another anime spot considering most of the stuff on here is favored as Fan art or anime.
