To be honest I've never taken an actual request so I'm not sure about rules and limits. One thing that comes to mind right now is that I won't draw nsfw. Also I'm familiar with YuGiOh and Disney movies mostly! Lastly, when it comes to the number of characters I think it depends. The paper I use is A5 size so I think max 2-3 characters would be ok, but it really depends on the case.
