You know ? I can't even do my meditation tapes these days, my attention and focus are so whacked. I don't have a new baby or anything, but taking care of my elderly mom has been really hard.
I've never been this spazzed out, alpha has always been my place to be in my head. I've resorted to physical exercise to get me thru, I figure if I'm physically exhausted by the end of the day, yay, I'll pass out. All I can say is hang in there. Just remember, there's always chocolate.

i agree, my gf has been telling me to run again so that ican get my frustters out. I think chocolate is good, but ice cream always hooks me up for some reason. I used to meditate, i just can't focus on the numbers anymore. i drift off. anyhow summer is almost here, anything new in the blue? seen any good flicks?

Hey hey, i already gots my tan from all the walking, yeah, I'm stylin ! Shutter Island is really good. I watched another one the other night because the title was so cheesy and it turned out to be a really disturbing drama, excellent acting, script, everything. Its called Life is Hot in Cracktown, I really expected a cheesy comedy. Do you watch the True Blood series ? I'm totally addicted to that.

Just the samo stuff. I'm gonna cut and color some of my friends hair (omg, they trust me too, fools), I have a couple of paintings I'm going to try to finish.
And then there's the new kitty. I rescued her, she's a kitten and I saved her from starvation. The thing is, I've let the debil in my door. She's a rascal.
