Yes, I've been for many years but sometimes not even that is enough. I have trouble sleeping, not your everyday kind of insomnia, in which if you don't sleep today you'll probably sleep better tomorrow. Me, when I'm in these bad phases I can't sleep at all for days in a row or I sleep only an hour or two for weeks, so I get so tiered even going to the kitchen to get something to eat is an herculean task let alone actually get any work done. Then comes depression and all of that.

It happens for no apparent reason, maybe one day I have work to do and stay up late and then it all happens from there, some other times it makes no difference at all. It's just intrinsic of me, maybe because I'm a 100% night owl made to live by day like everyone else and my body just can't adapt to it. I've always been like this.
Well, in the first couple of days I do everything like usual, after the 3rd or 4rd day I'm too tiered to do anything else but lounge on the couch.

I'm afraid that's the worse I could do. I'm a night person, that's how my internal clock works. It's because I have to force myself to live by other people's schedules that this happens. I'm only active, creative, productive and even sympathetic at night! My mornings are hell, I'm like a zombie in a very bad mood!
But right now I'm feeling a lot better, just had to shake all the accumulated stress.

There really isn't much to it and I don't even make anything that special, there are far more creative people working with wire.
If you want to learn the basics just do a search for "chain maille tutorial", there are lots of great tutorials out there, that's how I learned too (and I'm most definitely still learning). Don't hesitate to ask me if you still have doubts.
I began experimenting with ordinary wire bought at the hardware store and still use it. Aluminium is great for jewellery, it's soft and flexible and anodized aluminium comes in many varied colours. Then there's silver plated and even sterling silver, they're great too, it really depends on what you want to do.
