Thereβs no gender requirements in the gallery. People just mainly draw women in this style. Iβm sure if one were to look long enough there would be one or two. At least as far as I remember from accepting submissions.

Hi there, I would like to ask if I can submit line artΒ to this group. I pretend to color it digitally in the future, but the pencil linesΒ are a finished piece by themselves. In this case, I would put the line art in the traditionalΒ Art folder and the digital in the correspondent one. But I don't know if you would consider the line artΒ as an unfinished work and the digital one as a duplicate, so I'm asking it here.

Yes! Finished linearts/pencil works are welcome, even if you intend to colour them in the future (and the coloured version is welcome too).

Hello. Is this group dead? I'm already waiting for almost a week for approval on two submission.Β

This group is run by one person with a full time job and five hours of commuting each day. Please be aware that groups are not run by bots, but real people with restraints on their time and that it is frustrating to be asked whether a group is dead, just because you've been too sick to use the computer for a week.
That being said, the submissions don't expire before a month, so please be patient. As you might notice from the deviations you should hopefully recieve in your inbox, the group is not dead. And even if a submission expires I will always look at it, to see if it is appropriate for the group and submitted to the correct folder, in which case, I'll request it for the group.

No need to be passive aggressive. I'm an adult person myself, have a fulltime job myself and run three groups and a household. Thank you for making the time to write such a full answer to my polite question.
Especially considering that the very last update on this group is from May 31 and last comment from September 6, I think I'm not the only one, especially being a new member, who asks this question.

I'm really sorry, I usually wait a couple of hours after getting a comment that upsets me before I reply, and I should have done that this time, too.
I see how you may have mistaken my last update as being from May, but that journal is a sticky post and there haven't been any non-group news since then, so it hasn't been marked as having had significant changes since then. The last two updates was Tuesday, I make a new feature journal and change the featured deviation on the front page every week, we have a contest that began in september and our latest poll was from september 24th, so I'm sure you can understand that I was upset by your comment.
So I hope we can agree that we both made a mistake, and part in peace.

Hi, Redeemer. No need to worry, you submitted them to the correct folder. Depending on how busy I am, it can take between two seconds (it is always funny when I can accept something the moment it is submitted) and 29 days. But don't worry, all submissions will be handled.
