Ended up at a place called Scorptec - its got just about everything you could need - 100 gig memory, 4 gig ram, a lot of other stuff (that is a technical term LOL) and a new 24 LCD monitor
It is quick!!! games are a breeze
only got one complaint - windows vista is a pain in the bum - I've gotten used to old windows and the adjustment is not easy at my age.

I wouldnt upgrade to windows Vista.. I installed my own o/s...and I hear they have another one out. Windows 7.. not much news on that so far.

Spent quite a bit of time up in Shepparton helping brother in law who is still strugging after his broken leg - hasn't healed well and had to be reset twice. Also cracked shits with people pinching photos for their own on Myspace etc but decided that my real friends deserved to see my pics so here I am. Will try to get pics up over next week to finalise last years trip (in 6 days it will be a year since we came home)

nasty about your brother in law's leg... If you get your images pinched by myspace users report them to myspace and they'll kick the persons off... I am yet to be good enough to get mine ripped by anyone, lol..
And yep, Im good.. still getting alot of headaches/migranes.. Al is behaving himself at the moment.. he got a little disgustingly drunk on one of his night's out, so I told him off bigtime.. he hasnt done that since.. but other than that he's been great.. coming with me to the gym and helping me out there...

My youngest took one look at me (currently 103kgs) when she got back into Oz and forced me to enroll at one of the local gyms with her so I have come down from 112 in mid Jan
Tough work tho when one knee threatens to fold and tires (pains) very quickly but getting there

there are plenty of exercises you can do without using your legs... believe me, I know.. I do a total of 1 hour on that damn arm cycle (4 x 15mins) and lots of weights.. my program lasts me almost 2 hours now..

My session yesterday wasn't too bad - didn't push it all but today; I haven't had that many sore spots in years, this is going to hurt for a while until I get a lot fitter

we went to the St Kilda art and craft market yesterday and then had lunch/dinner at the Espy.. it was a lovely day, but I got too much sun and today, I was meant to go to the gym today, but woke up with a headache.. damn Im sick of these headaches.. so now I'll get to the gym on Wednesday...

not keen on the op - could be out of action for up to 2 weeks - apparently sense of balance and everything else goes to hell - can't make any sudden movements and can only sleep on back - snoring will drive even me crazy
also you get two big black eyes (in some cases a black face)
