Not bad. I'd suggest trying to blend colors a little more though, like with making the details darker (particularly with the head spikes). I like what you did with the armor and tail in particular.

You tried submitting one of those application thingies looking for judges? Also, the time is part of it, but I'm seriously just not interested.

I also noticed that there is someone on your OCT's page that wanted to participate as a judge. If you really need a judge, you could just ask them again.
