Well i mean,,,, not as much as i should ;v; i actually have insomnia caused by my anxiety and mania, so it can sometimes take hours of laying in bed before i actually fall asleep,,,, that's why i want to stress to the people i care about to get sleep while they can, bc i know how much more life can suck without enough rest ;v;
