I keep hearing about the Ukraine in the news, I guess I'm a bit concerned. I hope all is well in whichever region within Ukraine you live.

It's not exactly "all well" now, since lot's of people die due to Russian terrorism and separatism. But in the region where I live is fairly safe. We successfully held a furcon here in May as well. (wuff.org.ua) Many attendees from Russia, Belorus, Germany, France, Ireland were concerned about situation here in Ukraine, many refused to attend... but in the end all who attended witnessed it's safe and calm here, and not at all the way Russia shows on the news.
