# About me

My interest in art dates back to my early childhood. I would draw and create characters from cartoons and comic books. In college and majored in Studio Art, as an undergraduate student, I was exposed to a full range of art and art-related courses - this reinforced my knowledge and interest in becoming a well rounded artist! I've taught art to youth in the public, private and home school arenas. I continue to use a variety of mediums and disciplines including: comic illustration, portraitures, paintings, drawings and sculptures. To this day I enjoy teaching art classes, drawing caricatures at festivals and special events, paint murals, comic illustration and any freelance opportunities.
