Holy cow does this account take me back!!! You probably have no recollection of me, but I adored your comic. I was young and didn't know how to draw, and you were an inspiration of mine! My old account name was something like; Starkitty (Looking back on it is cringie as heck... wow....)
Anyhoo, I disappeared due to personal reasons, started fresh years later and never looked back. Recently jumped back into Kirby and I run into your content, and boy did it bring back nostalgia x''D
I basically just wanted to say hi, despite the fact this is probably a SUPER odd comment to get from a complete stranger you haven't spoken too in years x''DΒ

Same here! Up and down and all around~Β Oh, yeah I improved a lot over the years! It's an accomplishment I'm proud of. ^_^Β Granted, I do still feel I have a lot to get better at! I could go on a whole tirade about art style and coloring techniques I wanna try.... but that would be very, VERY boring x'D
So you are currently on hiatus? I am too, but I'll be getting back into the swing of things pretty soon! I took about half a month off from drawing, so hopefully I have a fair amount of inspiration!

OMG THAT'S A PRETTY LONG TIME X''D But it's good you are swinging back in! Same here, one or the other mostly; I have a bunch of awesome ideas!!! .... not motivated to draw them. I FEEL SUPER CREATIVE AND WANNA DRAW SOMETHING AMAZING!!!! No ideas come to mind. Motivation=/=Inspiration is a curse!!! But I am hoping to do a lot of catching up with my characters - and just overall see where my art takes me. Maybe do some challenges, participate in contests... gift art. I find it easier to draw when its someone elses character at times.

No problem! Its so worth it, seeing people fall in love and get invested in characters you created. It''s.. humbling, to see people look at your work and try to guess and theorize who they are and what they want. So, yeah! I'll defo be waiting to see some lovely OG content! Granted, I could stand to do a little fanart here and there to spice things up. Fanart is still a great way of leaving breadcrumbs for peopleΒ to fund you, afterall!

Personally I don't. However if you want to submit stories to the club you are welcome to. Maybe submit your stories and then include "if anyone would like to help me draw these stories out let me know" in the comments. Hope that helps.

Kirby: (sees 02, star dream, Marx, Magalor, Morpho knight and more evils. Makes him wake up) AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH (sweat pours down on him) what was that (pants)
(Kirby sees a waddle Dee taking some food)
Kirby: (runs to him) Hey
(the waddle Dee stops)
Waddle Dee: oh. did not know we missed one
Kirby: what do you mean by Missed one
(two more waddle Dees come out)
Waddle Dee #2: you know the deal. give us your food
Kirby: but I got none
Waddle Dee #3: Fine then. Lets kick his butt
Kirby: (closes his eyes and goes fighter Kirby)
Waddle Dee #1: K thx for being my shield Bye (runs before he gets punched)
Waddle Dee #3: Grrr (pull out a spear)
Kirby: (rubs his nose) ok then let's go.

I can't submit journals to the club. But you can submit the first page/chapter of a written deviation series. When you hit submit at the top you have the option of putting text where the deviation goes, then you can submit one chapter to the club as per our club rules. Hope it helps!
