the end made me so sad, i was depressed for a week and i blamed spike's... 'mishap' (for those of you who haven't seen it and ohmygod, you must) in the end on my ~Alex-and-er who showed me the final episode.

I ordered the DVD of the anime Samurai Champloo a week ago, because I was interested! The director is Shinichirô Watanabe, who also directed Cowboy Bebop! I was wondering if any of you heard anything about this show, or have SEEN it, for that matter (it was never shown in the US). From some stills I've seen, the style is very well-executed and the characters are just as fleshed out as the bounty hunters!

The plot and characters can be seen as direct rip-offs of Bebop, but who's complaining?! XD I suggest you all check it out!
