Anyway, my parents are back home at last which means no more cooking misadventures... *darn! And they were so fun!* Plus, the Mentor thing at my uni went okay, mainly because about half of the Mentor stuff we were supposed to do got canned by the weather! Of all the days to pick, the windy, rainy, miserable, cold winter weather had to set up shop on the day, the bastard!! Lol, and a lot of the answers I gave to questions were pretty garbled; for example, I directed two people to a place in the uni where they were supposed to be, and then I realised that the place was right behind me and I'd sent them off on the long route. O____O;; Um, but they didn't have to know that! I hope your orientation day was more successful, and how is uni anyway? ^^ Most of my first week classes were cancelled so it was rather pointless, but I've still got a bunch of articles and stuff to read... I'm avoiding doing it by typing up a message on the net, by the way. *shhhh* Lazy, procrastinating me. ^__^

Lol, yes, my sister and I got takeout the other day but it was fish and chips, since the nearest Hungry Jacks is 10-15 minutes away! (Commends your crafty advertising on behalf of the company. ) Hmm, and there was another cooking disaster today because my sister set the tea towel on fire as she was trying to cook something... Behold! The reason why *I* was assigned kitchen duty! *Looks at the frazzled cloth* I have no idea how to explain that one to mum when she gets back... so er, I'll just have to try and turn it into some sort of interesting freak accident.
